About me
My own experience with postpartum depression and being treated by knowledgeable, kind providers prompted me to consider a career change from law to mental health. I am a Florida native who grew to love the mountains of California and the snowfalls of New England. A mother of three who understands the pressures and joys of parenting in this connected, digital age. A recent cancer survivor who knows the toll that diagnosis and treatment takes on the individual and their family. Above all, I am someone who enjoys learning my patients' stories, and supporting them through the ups and downs of life.
My practice approach builds on your experience and strengths, adds supports through medication, education, and therapy, to help you achieve the goals you have for yourself.
